Terms of Delivery

Club Piazza Oy 2917456-5 (hereinafter referred to as Ole.Fit Varkaus or online store) sells fitness services to individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery and prices. The prices of the products include value-added tax.

Ordering

The fitness products to be ordered are selected in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying the contents of the shopping cart in the online store's checkout process. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, the prices of the products, and the delivery costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation will indicate the ordered products and the price.

Delivery

When purchasing fitness services from our online store, you will receive a PIN code that allows you to access the fitness center's main door for 28 days. So, you can immediately start using the fitness services. You must collect your key from our customer service during its opening hours. There is a €5 deposit for the access card. The contract continues indefinitely until the customer terminates it themselves. Ole.Fit Varkaus has a one-calendar-month notice period. For example, if you terminate your membership in October, your workout time ends at the end of November. We do not charge enrollment fees or annual service fees.

For a one-time visit an access card is not provided; access is granted using a PIN code. The PIN code for a one-time visit is valid for five (5) days from the time of purchase.

Payment

The online store's payment intermediary is Vismapay, registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made through Vismapay's online service, and the payee on the bank statement and invoice will appear as Vismapay. Vismapay transfers the payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information related to the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection, ensuring that no external party can access payment transaction details.

The contract is formed between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. Read more about Vismapay: https://www.visma.fi/vismapay/.

Through the PayForm service, you can pay with online banking credentials, credit/debit cards, invoice, or installment payment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, Jousto, Everyday, and Euroloan.

Jousto: With Jousto Invoice or Installment, you can pay in over 4000 Finnish online stores. With the Invoice, you get a 14-day payment period (invoice fee €4.90), and with Installment, you can choose a payment period of up to 12 months (invoice fee €4.90 and monthly interest rate 2.42%). Everyday Flex Credit: Everyday's credit limit is a minimum of €300, and the credit is valid indefinitely. You can pay in full at the end of the next month (no fees), or in monthly installments. In monthly installments, the minimum payment is 1/5 of the final amount of the invoice, and after the due date, 5% monthly interest is calculated on the open balance. The actual annual interest rate for a typical €500 credit amount is 48.52% with a 12-month payment period (including interest, billing fee, and opening fee). Euroloan: With Euroloan Invoice, you get the products you ordered before payment and have 14 days of interest-free payment time. If you wish, you can also conveniently convert the invoice into an installment payment. When paying with Euroloan Installment, you can choose a payment time that suits you (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months) and get the products you ordered before payment. You can also pay the entire sum at any time without additional charges. Customers living in Finland and over 20 years old can choose Euroloan Invoice or Installment as a payment method. This payment method is possible for purchases between 10–2000 euros. Installments are billed every 30 days, and for example, the actual annual interest rate for a purchase of 1500 euros is 27.9% with a payment period of 12 months (incl. interest, billing fee, and opening fee). Euroloan Consumer Finance Oyj has the right to check the credit and address information of a customer paying with Euroloan Invoice or Installment and grant or deny credit based on them. Euroloan Consumer Finance Oyj (2159120-9) has been an operating Finnish finance company since 2007.

Returns

The online store customer has a statutory 14-day exchange and return right under consumer protection law. The customer has the right to exchange or return all or part of the products in the order. If you wish to return the purchased sports service, please contact customer service first and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information, and account number for a possible refund in the cancellation request.

Cancellation of an online store order, liability for defects, and complaints

Before using the purchased service, the order can be canceled with a written notice by email. The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service at varkaus@ole.fit.
