Virtual classes

We Offer a Wide Range of Virtual Classes in Three Studios!

Our virtual classes significantly broaden our group exercise offerings, allowing you to participate in guided sessions according to your schedule. In a virtual class, there is no live instructor. Instead, the session is led from a large screen. You can easily choose and start a class from the touch screen. These classes are included in memberships that offer group exercise services, one-time visits, weekly passes and 10-session passes. They're available 24/7 whenever the studio is not in use!

Stage

Virtual BODYATTACK® is a high-energy class that involves athletic aerobic movements like running, lunging, and jumping, as well as strength exercises like push-ups and squats. By the end of the class, you will have challenged yourself and be guaranteed a good sweat!

Virtual BODYPUMP® is a full-body strength training session where you will use a barbell and weights. Its simple choreography and motivating music lead to an effective workout.

Virtual BODYCOMBAT® is a vibrant cardio workout combining influences from various martial arts like karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, capoeira, and muay thai.

Virtual GRIT™ is a 30-minute HIIT workout that maximizes your calorie burn, helping you achieve fast results! In this session, you will enhance speed, strength, coordination, and explosiveness. Intense workouts and brief recoveries alternate, challenging both your body and mind. Cardio, Strength, and Athletic are the components.

Virtual Les Mills CORE™ is a targeted workout for your core. The exercises specifically strengthen the muscles in the stomach, back, and pelvic area and contribute to the well-being of the spine.

Virtual SH´BAM® is a captivating mix of simple and fun dance steps. During this session, you'll hear the hottest chart-toppers, the dance music that's played in the most popular clubs worldwide, familiar classics remixed, and modernized Latin beats.

Virtual BARRE™ is based on classical ballet and aims to tone and strengthen posture muscles, effectively training the thighs and core. The session includes traditional ballet movements combined with exercises using light weights, all set to modern music.

Virtual BODYBALANCE® merges elements of yoga, tai chi, and pilates. Controlled breathing techniques, focus, and thoughtfully designed movement sequences aiming to strengthen the entire body and leave your mind feeling calm and relaxed.

Drive

Virtual THE TRIP™ is a breathtaking cycling journey through an alternate reality. In this class, you combine an effective workout with a digitally created virtual world.

Virtual SPRINT™ is a HIIT cycling workout (High-Intensity Interval Training). This short and intense session will challenge you both physically and mentally. Intense work intervals alternate with brief recovery periods.

Virtual RPM® is an indoor cycling class where you'll experience hill climbs, sprints and flat rides. During the session, you will boost your aerobic fitness and enhance your performance by keeping the pedals moving throughout the class! It's suitable for both beginners and more experienced cyclists.

Row

You can also row virtually in our rowing studio! Available to you is a wide range of virtual rowing sessions from warm-up exercises to vigorous challenge workouts, longer endurance workouts, and rowing races based on time or distance.
