NEUROSONIC

Neurosonic programs can either calm or activate the body and mind. Choose a relaxing program to calm down and improve sleep quality, get quick energy boosts in the middle of a busy day, or boost your alertness and metabolism with programs that activate your metabolism. Restorative programs support the body especially after sports and help your muscles recover from strain. Neurosonic can relieve pain in the neck, shoulder, lower back, and pelvis, reduce headaches, fibromyalgia, and rheumatism, and improve peripheral circulation. It can also be used to treat anxiety, restlessness, and menopausal symptoms.

Stress relief

Neurosonic's technology is based on low-frequency vibrations conducted to the body, which directly affect the autonomic nervous system. The vibrations stimulate the body's nerve endings and connective tissues, which sends calming messages to the central nervous system from the bottom up - from the body to the brain.

Better quality sleep

Vibration regulates the nervous system by stimulating the body's sensory pathways, which activates the parasympathetic nervous system and supports calming, falling asleep and deep sleep.

Recovery

Neurosonic's vibration gently activates the body, promoting recovery and metabolism at rest, and can reduce swelling and muscle soreness (DOMS).

Do not use Neurosonic if you have:

  • an acute inflammatory condition that can spread, e.g. flu or fever (muscle inflammation is not a problem)
  • acute disc bulge
  • acute blood clot
  • acute psychosis or manic symptoms
  • acute cancer
  • risk of internal bleeding
  • you are pregnant
  • on the day of vaccination
  • after eye surgery

RECOVERY BOOTS

Compression boots support recovery by increasing blood circulation and reducing the feeling of muscle fatigue. The boots use intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC), filling with pressurized air from the ankles upward. The pressure progresses in stages towards the thighs.

This process enhances blood and lymphatic flow, reduces swelling, muscle stiffness and soreness, and helps remove metabolic waste products. After the treatment, your legs feel lighter and more recovered.

Best time for treatment is after training or competition, in the evening before bedtime or after traveling.

Recovery boots are especially beneficial for:

  • runners
  • athletes training multiple times per week
  • ball sport ahtletes
  • young athletes
  • people who work long hours standing

Do not use recovery boots if you have:

  • a blood clot
  • severe heart disease
  • untreated high blood pressure
  • an acute injury or inflammation

Pricing:

  • 10 min - €10
  • 20 min - €15
  • 30 min - €20
  • 40 min - €22
  • 50 min - €25

Kinesiology Taping

Kinesiology taping is a form of treatment used in physiotherapy and a versatile method for treating musculoskeletal problems. Kinesiology taping is used, among other things, to alleviate various pain conditions, guide movement, correct posture, reduce swelling, and increase blood circulation.

Kinesiology taping is a sensory-based treatment method where a physiotherapist attaches tape to the patient's skin. The tape affects the skin receptors, which can influence fascia and muscles. Various taping techniques of kinesiology taping leverage the tape's skin-like properties. The tape is stretchy, flexible, and more breathable than hard athletic tape. It also does not irritate the skin and is more comfortable to use. The usage duration of kinesiology tape is about 3–8 days, and it withstands showering and sauna.

Prices:

Single taping (includes initial examination) €29.00
Retaping and taping during other treatments €15.00

Payment methods for taping also include ePassi Wellbeing, Edenred Massage, and Smartum Massage benefit.

X°CRYO™ CRYOTHERAPY

Cryotech Nordic's (CTN) X°Cryo™ is a local cryotherapy device used for individual well-being-related limitations and problems, such as pain, swelling, inflammation, and sports injuries. Cryotherapy offers an effective and safe treatment for the local area being treated. The therapy cools the tissue temperature locally below 4 degrees, causing a thermal shock, which activates the body's alarm system. As a result, the body starts producing enzymes and hormones that promote the body's healing and recovery. Rapid cooling of the treated area leads to accelerated blood circulation, which in turn leads to fluid removal from the area and easing of inflammation.

Cryotherapy is suitable for various musculoskeletal disorders and pains, as well as for the rehabilitation of sprains and other soft tissue injuries. Cryotherapy can also reduce the symptoms of various inflammatory joint diseases. As cryotherapy reduces inflammation, symptoms of diseases like rheumatism can be alleviated with regular treatment.

Benefits

  • Relieves pain
  • Increases mobility
  • Accelerates metabolism
  • Reduces swelling and fluid accumulation
  • Speeds up muscle recovery from exercise
  • Reduces lactic acid
  • Speeds up recovery from injuries and surgeries
  • Alleviates chronic pain and arthritis

The treatment is particularly suitable for pain in the knees, ankles, feet, wrists, and elbows. Good results have also been achieved in the treatment of lower back pain and neck and shoulder area symptoms. Cryotherapy can also be applied to the face with a cryofacial mask. Cryotherapy for facial pain is an effective method for conditions like acne, psoriasis, migraine, and headache.

Cryotherapy is particularly popular in athletes' muscle care, when recovery from various injuries and intense strain is desired to be accelerated. Athletes train with purpose and often, so attention must be paid to recovery.

Cryotherapy is a completely natural and drug-free aid for many different ailments. The effectiveness of the treatment is so great that often 2-3 sessions are sufficient.

Our trained physiotherapists perform X°Cryo™ treatments.

Prices:

  • 1 x X°Cryo™ treatment €29
  • 3 x X°Cryo™ treatment card €79
  • 5 x X°Cryo™ treatment card €119

Payment methods for cryotherapy also include ePassi Wellbeing, Edenred Massage, and Smartum Massage benefit.
