Versatile group exercise classes

From our range, you'll find a vast selection of experiential classes that cater to individuals of different ages and fitness levels, suitable for both beginners and those seeking a challenge! In addition to live sessions, we offer virtual classes from three studios. These virtual classes are accessible 24/7 unless there's a scheduled live session.

NOTE: Class changes! You can always check the real-time schedule and any possible alterations from here as well as from the reservation system.

Reserving a Class

By reserving a spot in advance, you ensure your place in the class of your choice. We will notify those with reservations of any changes, for instance, due to a trainer falling sick. Reserve your spot here! Reservations can also be made through our mobile app. If you're not a member or don't have access rights for group exercises and wish to join a class, please contact our customer service.

If you have reserved a class and can't make it, always cancel your reservation through the reservation system or the mobile app at least 4 hours before the class starts. If an unforeseen event arises after this time frame, please get in touch with our customer service so we can free up the spot for another customer. Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes before the class begins.

When you arrive at the class, always check in either through the touch screen or via the mobile app. Ensure you're present at least 5 minutes before the class starts. If there's a queue and you haven't secured your reserved spot by this time, the spot will be given to someone in line.

If you fail to attend a reserved class or to check in, our automated system will send you a reminder message. If you get two reminders within 28 days, your reservation ability will be locked for 4 weeks. You can still attend the classes, but you won't be able to reserve in advance. To remove this restriction, you can pay a €10 reactivation fee at the customer service.

The aim of these sanctions is purely to prevent spots from being wasted, denying other customers the opportunity to attend. Our interest is to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers!

Even without a reservation, you can always participate in a class if there's room available!

Our instructors are qualified fitness professionals; physical trainers, physiotherapists, personal trainers, fitness advisors, yoga teachers or students in the field of sports.

We also actively organize customized classes for companies and groups, both live at the club, at the client's premises, or virtually via Zoom.

Class Descriptions

Air Yoga

Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga practice with aerial acrobatics. This body and mind-soothing session progresses smoothly, developing body control, flexibility and strength. Breathing exercises along with long and calm stretches, prepare the body and mind for deep relaxation meditation. For Aerial Yoga classes, it's advisable to dress warmly in a long-sleeved shirt and long pants without zippers, which could damage the fabric. All jewelry and watches should be left off. For hygiene reasons the class cannot be taken directly after a sweat-inducing workout. You don't need prior experience in aerial yoga to attend.

BodyAttack®

Les Mills BODYATTACK® is a high-energy class that includes athletic cardiovascular movements such as running, lunges and jumps, as well as strength-enhancing moves like push-ups and squats. You'll leave the class having challenged yourself and guaranteed to be sweaty! Available as a virtual class.

BodyBalance®

Les Mills BODYBALANCE® class combines yoga, tai chi and pilates to the rhythm of music. Controlled breathing techniques, focus and carefully chosen movement sequences create a harmonious class, aiming to strengthen the entire body and leave the mind feeling peaceful and relaxed. Also available as a virtual class.

BODYCOMBAT®

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT® is an energy-dripping cardio workout that combines influences from various martial arts, such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, capoeira and muay thai. Motivating music and an encouraging instructor coach you through punches, strikes and kicks to victory! Also available as a virtual class.

BODYJAM®

A dance hour to the beat of the latest hit songs! A sweaty and fun workout where you'll get inspired by house, hip-hop, drum'n'bass, trap and electronic dance music.

BODYPUMP®

Les Mills BODYPUMP® is a full-body strength workout using a bar and weights as equipment. Light or moderate weights with a high repetition count during the class burn calories, develop endurance and sculpt your body into shape! Easy choreography, inspiring music and a motivating instructor challenge you to an effective workout! Also available as a virtual class.

BODYSTEP®

The revamped Les Mills BODYSTEP® is a functional, heart rate-raising effective class where the main equipment used is an adjustable step-board and plate weights. In this class, you will strengthen and sculpt especially your legs, glutes and core.

CORE™

Les Mills CORE™ is a functional workout based on scientific evidence that develops core strength and control. The class is suitable for both men and women who want a strong core and to enhance their performance. Also available as a virtual class.

DANCE™

Les Mills DANCE™ is an energetic 45-minute class inspired by global dance styles for everyone who loves to dance! This class will get you moving, sweating and having fun while you get fit!

FASCIAMETHOD

FasciaMethod is a body care method developed by Finnish physiotherapists. In this approach, body mobility is enhanced through breathing-paced mobility exercises, dynamic targeted stretches, movement control training and the use of a fascia ball.

GRIT™

Les Mills GRIT™ is a 30-minute HIIT workout that maximizes your calorie burn and helps you achieve rapid results! During the class, you'll develop speed, strength, coordination and explosiveness. Intense activities and short recoveries alternate, challenging both your body and mind. Also available as a virtual class.

HYROX

HYROX is a hot, new, and growing international functional “competition”, originating from Germany. Merging strength and endurance training, HYROX is inspired by 8 functional movements carefully chosen to challenge all areas without requiring intricate technical training or skills. This makes HYROX accessible and safe for everyone. There are no time limits or eligibility requirements, so everyone is welcome to train at their own pace!

The focus of the training can be on work capacity, endurance, strength, or a combination of these. A single workout duration ranges from 20-60 minutes. Combining high-intensity interval training (HIIT), functional training, strength and endurance exercises are the most effective methods for the diverse HYROX trainee to progress.

HYROX workouts are a fantastic and addictive way to boost fitness and are suitable for everyone! Level 1 or START is excellent for beginners, allowing an easy entry into the game, enhancing endurance and functional body performance. Level 2 BLAZE classes are more intensive, so you'll enjoy these workouts when your basic fitness level is already decent and you can tolerate occasional discomfort.

M-Circuit® RECOVERY

M-Circuit® RECOVERY is a dynamic exercise based on active muscle work, motor control and nerve-releasing movement, aiming to increase tissue elasticity, reduce tension and open up ranges of movement, thereby improving posture and body control. The exercises help calm nervous system overload and free up body mobility.

PURNERI

PURNERI (eng. Burner) is the house's own classic fitness class, focusing especially on toning the core and buttocks muscles, thereby improving posture and preventing back pain. The class is suitable for all levels; options are available from beginner to more experienced! This workout includes simple choreography and easy moves combined with good music. Feel the burn!

RPM®

Les Mills RPM® is an indoor cycling class where you get to pedal uphill, sprints and flat terrain. During the class, you develop your aerobic fitness and improve your performance by keeping the pedals moving throughout! The class is suitable for both beginners and more experienced cyclists. Available as a virtual class.

SHAPES™

Les Mills SHAPES™ is a refreshing mix of Pilates, Barre and power yoga to the rhythm of modern, inspiring music. With small, controlled movements you shape, tone and strengthen all major muscle groups of the body, improve body alignment and increase mobility. The intensity of the class is gentle but the training effect is very effective and tingly burning! Shapes™ has been tested and developed with the cooperation of physiotherapists, exercise scientists and pilates professionals. With regular training, you get stronger abdominal muscles, a more durable back, a more stable pelvis and better balance!

SKILLROW CLASS

An indoor rowing class with changing content. The rowing studio's modern technology enables immersive heart rate, power, and rhythm-guided training and provides real-time feedback on your workout. The studio is equipped with 8 high-quality Technogym SKILLROW rowing units, allowing you to monitor your rowing workout on a large screen during the class.

WARM UP - basic rowing exercise, which is excellent for warming up for gym training or group exercise class.

POWER - improve your rowing power! This rowing workout contains brisk changes from power to speed.

RACE - are you competitive? Yes? Then this workout is made for you! A playful individual or team competition where you challenge not only yourself but also your fellow rowers.

SPEED - short high-intensity intervals to boost your speed.

STAMINA - improve your rowing endurance with rising power intervals.

SPIN BASIC

A beginner-level indoor cycling class which is a great start for cycling. Indoor cycling improves your oxygen uptake, boosts your metabolism and burns a lot of calories. You determine the intensity of the class by adjusting the resistance of the bike to suit you.

SPRINT™

Les Mills SPRINT™ is a 30-minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout. Short and intense session challenges you both physically and mentally. Calorie burning starts during the warm-up and continues hours after the workout. The class alternates between intense efforts and short recoveries. The benefit? You achieve results quickly. Also available as a virtual class.

Strength Development™

Les Mills Strength Development™ is a novel progressive strength training class for those wanting to improve technique, grow stronger and build muscle. Inspired by classic strength training and functional exercises, the class consists of foundational movements such as squats, deadlifts, overhead presses and rows. The focus is on building strength and muscle, with exercises performed at a slower pace and heavier weights.

This discipline is suitable for everyone, from beginners to experienced muscle trainers. Strength Development™ enhances muscle strength, improves technique and boosts confidence in training. You can choose weights according to your strength level, so starting level doesn't matter.

THE TRIP™

Les Mills THE TRIP™ is a breathtaking cycling journey through an alternate reality. In this class, you combine an effective workout with a digitally created virtual world. During the session, you won't even notice you're working out because the driving landscapes are so engaging. This experience is a must-try! Available as a virtual class.

WINE YOGA

Wine yoga is an excellent choice for bachelorette parties, birthday groups, and as a relaxed activity for Christmas parties! If the person next to you giggles or sways a bit, it only makes this class more fun. The goal is mainly to have a good vibe and joy! Our club's Cafe Piazza has a liquor license; wine can be replaced with beer or a non-alcoholic option. Available as a booked class.

YIN YOGA

In gentle Yin Yoga we focus on treating the body's connective tissues and joints and mind as well. The postures are easy and the movements calm. During the class, we strive to connect with our body and free ourselves from the act of doing. Yin Yoga is truly relaxing, reduces stress and restlessness and improves joint mobility.

ÄIJÄ YOGA

Men's own yoga class is a peer support group for stiff alpha males, focusing on treating tight spots in the body with simple, light and easy movements. The class is designed for you if, when reaching out the floor seems frighteningly distant. Suitable for all ages and sizes of "iron rods"!
